Every industry we serve has a distinct industrial hygiene exposure profile. A refinery turnaround is dominated by benzene and hydrogen sulfide; a fabrication shop by manganese welding fume and hexavalent chromium; an upstream oilfield by respirable silica from frac sand. Each industry page maps that sector's hazards to the accredited method that measures them — so you can go straight to what applies to your operation, with the OSHA exposure limits and sample types laid out.
Behind every industrial hygiene program is the same lab. Analysis is performed in-house at our Houston facility under AIHA-LAP accreditation — no subcontracting and one chain of custody from your site to the report. We ship pre-labeled sampling kits and calibrated loaner pumps to you, log samples in the same day when they arrive before 2:00 PM CST, and offer rush turnaround down to one business day. Recurring work runs on a standing account with reserved capacity and consistent reporting.
Accredited & in-house
AIHA-LAP and NVLAP analysis under one roof — no send-outs, one chain of custody.
1-day rush
Same-day log-in before 2 PM CST; rush turnaround to 1 business day.
Kits & pumps
Pre-labeled media and calibrated loaner pumps shipped to your site.
Standing accounts
Reserved capacity and consistent reporting for recurring monitoring.
Which industrial hygiene program fits my site?
Pick the sector closest to your operations — each page lists the hazards, methods and exposure limits for that industry. Note that scheduled shutdowns have a dedicated turnaround air monitoring program separate from routine refinery IH testing. If you're unsure, call (713) 453-6090 and a lab manager will scope the right sampling plan.
Do you analyze samples in-house or send them out?
Every analyte is run in-house at our Houston lab under AIHA-LAP accreditation, with asbestos under NVLAP — no subcontracting. That means one chain of custody, consistent methods across your whole program, and faster turnaround.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround runs from about 7 business days down to 1-day rush on most analytes. Samples received before 2:00 PM CST are logged the same day. Turnaround programs are set up on a standing account with reserved capacity so a compressed schedule never waits on results.
Do you supply sampling kits and pumps?
Yes. We ship pre-labeled sampling kits and sorbent media, and offer a calibrated pump loaner program, so your team can sample on schedule and ship media back for same-day log-in.
Not sure which program fits?
Tell us your site, hazards and timeline and a lab manager will scope the right sampling plan and turnaround.
