Do you test manganese in welding fume?
Yes. Manganese is a primary welding-fume metal of concern for neurological health, analyzed with the full metals panel by ICP-AES (NIOSH 7300 series) on personal breathing-zone samples. The ACGIH TLV for respirable manganese is 0.02 mg/m³.
Do you monitor stainless welding for hexavalent chromium?
Yes. Stainless and high-chrome alloy welding generates hexavalent chromium, analyzed by OSHA ID-215 on personal samples for compliance with the OSHA Cr(VI) standard (PEL 5 µg/m³).
How fast is analysis and can you set up a standing account?
