Do you need a New Mexico state license to analyze our samples?
No. IH exposure analysis is performed under our AIHA-LAP accreditation (LAP-101470) and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 — nationally and internationally recognized and not tied to a single state. Asbestos analysis is under NVLAP (101793-0), accepted nationwide. These apply equally to the New Mexico and Texas sides of the Permian. For the Texas side, we additionally hold Texas state asbestos (DSHS) and mold (TDLR) licensing.
What are the main oilfield hazards you monitor?
Hydrogen sulfide from sour gas, respirable crystalline silica from frac sand, benzene and BTEX from crude and produced water, welding fume and metals, hexavalent chromium, and noise and heat stress — all analyzed in-house.
How do samples get from a remote Permian site to your lab?
